The Institute of Project & Engineering (iPe), Jamshedpur was registered in 2020 with a vision of “Aspiring to inculcate collaborative and outcome oriented work culture for Projects & Engineering Professionals and Practitioners and thus set global benchmarks in execution and capital efficiency for industrial and infrastructure projects”.

iPe believes that with the new education policy, it is necessary to drive innovation & excellence in the minds of learners for holistic development. For the socio-economic development of Jharkhand in particular and nation as a whole, it is therefore important to continuously encourage and nurture the creative minds of the youth to think innovatively and help in transition from Job Seeking Mindset to Job Creating Mindset.

Objective

“The main objective of this program is to facilitate/handhold and provide mentoring in converting an idea to a business case and learn the skills to become a successful entrepreneur in any one of the following areas of their choice:

Waste to wealth
Digital as enabling platform and
Rural eco system (Agriculture or forest based)

The entire course has been designed in such a way that the students are guided by the experienced mentors from reputed educational institutions, industries and research field using their wisdom and actual case studies. This will enable the learners to have experiential learning and learning from failures. Platform would be provided to describe, conceptualize and build practical grounds on innovative ideas in above selected areas of their choice. Students will further shape their ideas by prototyping and demonstrating them. The students will be able to transform their ideas and innovations into ground reality in order to initiate their commercial start ups as a part of spurring community thus benefitting entrepreneurship”.
